In 2021 we completed the fit out for the workspaces for HS2 alongside our client, EKFB. With HS2 moving on, the office space needed to be returned to its original condition for new tenants.

RSR were the go-to contact to complete the brackley dilapidations of the ground floor offices, reception, kitchen and WCs, as well as perform some much-needed roof and external works. Out team transformed this working environment back to its original state by stripping out all the furnishings, replacing the carpet and suspended ceiling, redecorated throughout, along with electrical and fire alarm works to suit new layouts and standards. To reduce any unnecessary waste, we tried, where possible, to reuse any equipment and furnishing that was in still working order.
