This E-commerce Giant needed to expand the capacity of their warehouse located in Swansea and chose RSR to act as principal designer and principal contractor. This involved managing health and safety along with a sub contractor on site to enforce the tight programme. The tasks were delivered on time, within budget and with no health and safety incidents on site.

Scope of works
Design, Supply and Installation of the following:
Principal contractor for 2017 capacity expansion project.
Oversee all contractors’ welfare and Health and safety on site.
Review design and manage installation of new pick tower.
Mechanical air movement throughout the new pick tower – Design and Install
Electrical supplies and lighting throughout the pick tower – Design and Install
Fire alarm system and VESDA through the pick tower – Design and Install
Sprinkler system throughout the pick tower – Design and Install
2x Goods lifts within the pick tower – Design and Install
CCTV throughout new Pick tower – Design and Install
Installation of new sprinkler tank and suction line to pump house.
Install new conveyor system within working warehouse.
