Scope of works
Design, Supply and Installation of the following:
Act as designer and principal contractor on project
Responsible for health and safety for project
Design and install 12000 sqm mezzanine
Installation of 4600 sqm cold room and refrigeration plant
Sprinkler system throughout the warehouse
Installed 4 goods lifts
HV upgrade including generator, transformer and 1.2 miles of HV cable laid
Insulated floor with none slip, cold resistant vinyl flooring to cold rooms
Lighting
Suspended ceilings
Fire alarm system throughout
Bakery & fish processing plant as part of fit out
HVAC throughout warehouse
Fit out of operations office, canteen and meeting suite
