RSR was approached to undertake this project because of our reliability, experience and knowledge of warehouse fit-outs. The job entailed a full warehouse refurbishment, and to build new offices to the client’s global specification. During the works, RSR discovered that the flooring was contaminated with oil meaning that it needed to be completely transformed. This issue was worked around professionally due to RSR’s extensive knowledge and experience, and the project was able to continue with minimal disruption.
The project was completed on time and to budget, with the client’s expectations met.
