Scope of works
Design, Supply and Installation of the following:
- Bespoke design and finishing of unique lighting features
- Installation of automatic and manual lighting control systems
- Install split metered tenant lighting and power for sublet use
- Mains distribution and small power solutions
- Installation of AV and TV power supplies
- Dedicated leak detection power supplies installed in comms room, shower and kitchen areas
- Containment for lighting, power and data cables
- Installation of socket outlets for kitchen appliances
- Comms room power installation
