Mills & Reeve is a well-established Law firm, with multiple locations across the United Kingdom. This project was for their firm based in central Birmingham. Due to our proven track record on delivering quality installations to tight deadlines, we were chosen for Mills & Reeve’s next project. We had the brief to deliver a new and exciting workspace which included a new reception area, meeting rooms, main boardroom and back offices on the ground floor, commercial kitchen with a seating area for staff, as well as back of house changing area which included showers and toilet facilities.

Scope of works

Design, Supply and Installation of the following:

Playtech Cat A Install

• High level fan coil HVAC system installation
• Installation of Simmtronic intelligent lighting control systems
• Provision of upgraded mains distribution solutions
• Implementation of up-to-date HL&LL cable containment

Playtech Cat B Install

• Underfloor power track power supply and end feed unit Electrak 24
• Cat6 data cabling & IT network Installation
• Provision of small general power solutions, including mechanical supplies
• Integration of LED 600×600 dali flat panels
• Installation of the highest quality feature lighting
• Application of custom Neon LED lighting within reception and corridor areas
