Minster Court is in a WeWork office space based in the City of London. WeWork offer shared office space across the globe for all businesses, from scaling start-ups to established enterprises. Ahead of this project, we had built a good relationship with our clients due to previous works together. We were tasked with designing, installing and commissioning electrical and lighting on multiple floors of the shared office space. This project was delivered on time within 12 week fit out programme.
Scope of works
Design, Supply and Installation of the following:
- Secure and resilient comms room power supplies
- Design and installation of power supplies for spaces including the pantry, bars & Mothers Room
- Professional induction of full lighting scheme
- Installation of automatic and manual lighting control systems
- Bespoke design and finishing of unique lighting features
- Design and installation of fire alarm systems which are fully compliant with Health and Safety Regulations
- Provision of mechanical and plumbing infrastructure
- Containment application for lighting, power, and data cables
- Provision of mains distribution and small power solutions
